Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and RentEEZ that govern your right to use the websites, applications, and other offerings from RentEEZ (collectively, the “RentEEZ Platform”). When used in these Terms, “RentEEZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the RentEEZ platform with whom you are contracting.

The RentEEZ Platform offers an online avenue that enables users (“Members”) to publish, offer, search for, and reserve rental items. Members who publish and offer rental items are “Owners (Rentee)” and Members who search for, reserve, or use rental items are “renter.” Owners offer rental items and each Owner offering is called as , a “Listing”. You must register an account to access and use many features of the RentEEZ Platform, and must keep your account information accurate. As the provider of the RentEEZ Platform, RentEEZ does not own, control, offer or manage any Listings. RentEEZ is not a party to the contracts entered into directly between Owner and Renter.

If you are an Owner, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations and contracts with third parties that apply to your rental items.

• Following are the terms of payment for Merchant
• RentEEZ^TM will charge flat 15% service charges on the rental amount charged by merchant on each transaction.
• The accumulated amount for every calendar month will be paid within 30 days unless there is a dispute filed by renter
• Any promotional Renteez Cash will be paid only once for first transaction within 60 days provided the account is kept alive with live items for consecutive 180 days.
• Following are the terms for Renter
• RentEEZ^TM will NOT charge any service charges on the rental amount charged by merchant.
• Renter will be charged for rental amount as well as deposit separately for each transaction
• The deposit money will be returned immediately upon completion of rental return unless there is a dispute filed by merchant
• Any discount will be provided only once for the first transaction if the renter is registered user.
